You'll coach and support your team, help drive salon success, and create exceptional customer experiences—all without the pressure to upsell. Assistant Managers must have open availability Monday through Friday during salon operating hours (most locations are open until 7:30 or 8:00 p.m.), as well as weekends, since our salons are open seven days a week.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
