Great Clips Assistant Managers assist our managers to grow a successful team. We offer a competitive salary with a starting hourly rate of 25.00-40.00 (includes tips and commissions) plus. Vacation, holiday pay, and 401K opportunities and an end of year bonus.

Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
• Interest in leadership and supporting others
