At GCAZ Services, we’re looking for stylists who are ready to lead, coach others, and grow into management. This role combines cutting hair with supporting daily salon operations and helping the team succeed. The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions. Assistant Salon Managers receive training in management and operations through Great Clips University (GCU), along with ongoing support and instruction from salon management.

Requirements

A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
