Requirements

• Active cosmetology license
• Minimum of 1 year behind the chair experience in a fast-paced salon
• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills
• A positive, motivating attitude
• Organization
• Flexibility
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

Nice To Haves

• Management experience (though an interest in leadership and supporting others is considered equally important)
