About The Position

Great Clips in Denton is hiring an Assistant Manager to both guide our team and provide excellent haircut services! In this role, you’ll cut hair, and support the team by training stylists, maintaining high customer service standards, and helping manage daily operations. Requirements

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility

• Management experience (though not always required, an interest in leadership and supporting others is important)
