The Assistant Salon Manager role is often a stepping stone toward Salon Manager or other leadership positions. Assistant Salon Managers receive training in management and operations through Great Clips University (GCU), along with ongoing support and instruction from salon management.

Requirements

• Active Cosmetology License or a Barber License
• Strong technical haircutting skills
• Great customer service
