Our BUSY salon is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role you will support the Salon Manager in daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, motivate the team and provide haircut services to our adored clients. Requirements
- A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
- Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
- A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
- Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
- Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
- An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
- Licensed stylist who enjoys supporting others, staying organized, and helping a team succeed
Nice To Haves
- Management experience (though an interest in leadership and supporting others is equally important)
- Experience as a stylist
