About The Position

Pizza Hut’s Assistant Restaurant Manager helps create a welcoming restaurant where customers feel like family through smiles, teamwork, and dedication. The role is suited to an experienced restaurant or retail assistant manager who enjoys leading, teaching, and motivating a team. Pizza Hut provides training and opportunities for growth in a dynamic restaurant environment.

Team members are expected to follow health and safety protocols, including pre-shift temperature screenings and symptom checks and wearing a mask during shifts. Safety procedures follow local, state, and federal guidelines and also apply during the interview process.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry, with responsibility for financial results.
• A customer-focused approach and a strong desire to provide excellent service.
• Honesty, energy, motivation, and a fun attitude.
• Ability to set high standards for yourself and others.
• Interest in the challenges and changing pace of the restaurant business.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; public transportation is not sufficient because driving may be needed to make restaurant deposits.
• A desire to learn and grow.
