About The Position

The Assistant Manager position is a Manager in Training role designed to develop restaurant leadership skills through hands-on experience across restaurant operations. The trainee works alongside experienced leaders and gains experience in opening procedures, daily operations, and team leadership. Training includes a variety of shifts, with an emphasis on mornings; nights and weekends are also part of the role. Successful completion of training makes the employee eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. The position is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, which is responsible for employment-related matters.
