As an Assistant Residential Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with the staff in assisting with daily living activities, fostering their independence, promoting their well-being, and helping them connect with their communities. You will be essential in providing support for program management and assist in oversight of house operations and employees.
