About The Position

The Assistant Resident Manager assists with supervising the day-to-day operations and staff of the center’s resident facilities when the Resident Manager is absent. The role monitors clients’ progress in the program, ensures compliance with program standards, enforces house rules, and supports the overall security and upkeep of the center. The Assistant Resident Manager also administers alcohol and drug tests as needed and serves as lead worker to resident staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D., with two years of supervisory experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
