About The Position

Sagora Senior Living is hiring a Resident Assistant for Hawkins Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care. The role supports residents’ daily living needs, personal hygiene, mobility, safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. Resident Assistants also help with household and daily tasks, monitor residents and the community, and assist with dining. The position is listed as PRN.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents, families, and other associates.

Nice To Haves

CNA certification is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

Care for residents’ personal needs, safety, and comfort.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including wardrobe, personal hygiene, and mobility.
Help with daily tasks such as housekeeping, telephone use, laundry, transportation, and mail delivery.
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition and status.
Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
Assist with dining, including escorting residents to the dining room, serving, and cleanup.
Perform other duties as assigned.
