About The Position

The Assistant Resident Manager assists with supervising the day-to-day operations and staff of the center’s resident facilities when the Resident Manager is absent. The role monitors clients’ progress in the program and ensures compliance with program standards. It also enforces house rules, maintains the overall security of the center, and ensures resident facilities are kept neat and orderly. The Assistant Resident Manager administers alcohol and drug tests as needed and serves as lead worker to resident staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
