About The Position

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time, bilingual Assistant Property Manager for Autumn Woods, a 481-unit affordable residential community in Bladensburg, Maryland. The role supports the Property Manager in meeting community goals, maintaining regulatory and company-policy compliance, and providing responsive service to residents. The position involves managing work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi, coordinating lease renewals and rental increases, conducting inspections and move-in/move-out processes, supporting leasing and resident relations, and maintaining accurate records. English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred. Criminal background and drug screenings are part of the hiring process.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and property management software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws.
• Valid driver's license required.
