About The Position

The Assistant Manager ensures adherence to Popeyes operational standards for food preparation, service, sanitation, cleanliness, security, employee appearance, and conduct. The role supervises employees in preparing high-quality food and providing courteous, efficient customer service in clean, well-maintained surroundings. The Assistant Manager also solicits customer feedback, resolves customer complaints, and oversees restaurant opening, operating, and closing procedures during assigned shifts.
