About The Position
Wings ‘N More is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Southwood Valley location in College Station, Texas. Founded in 1987, the company operates locations in the College Station and Houston areas and plans to expand to more than 30 locations in four years, with additional locations planned in Austin and San Antonio. The role supports restaurant operations and helps deliver quality food and guest experiences while developing employees and contributing to the company’s growth.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience managing teams in restaurants or retail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and quality control.
- Dependable, solution-oriented, and guest-focused.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Hard-working and enjoys having fun.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations, including opening and closing, inspecting deliveries, and enforcing procedures.
- Identify and develop talent to help build the management team.
- Supervise, train, and coach crew members by leading by example.
- Ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
- Handle guest issues with care and work to restore guest satisfaction.
- Help create efficient schedules and balance labor needs.
