About The Position

The Assistant Manager ensures that Popeyes operational standards are followed for food preparation, service, sanitation, cleanliness, security, and employee appearance and conduct. The role supervises employees in preparing high-quality food and providing customers with courteous, efficient service in clean, well-maintained surroundings. The Assistant Manager also solicits customer feedback, resolves customer complaints, and oversees restaurant opening, operating, and closing procedures during shifts.
