About The Position
Palm Beach Tan is seeking an outgoing, helpful, and passionate Assistant Manager to represent the brand and support customers across its sunbed tanning, sunless tanning, wellness services, and premium skincare offerings. The role is based in a vibrant, positive, supportive, and team-focused salon environment. The Assistant Manager provides upbeat customer service, consults with and educates customers about skincare, tanning, and wellness services, and works toward individual and team sales goals. The role also involves maintaining the salon environment and completing daily business and operational tasks. The position includes leadership training to learn day-to-day salon operations and team development, with potential for future growth. Compensation includes a base rate and commission opportunities. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer experience.
- One or more years of management and leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
- Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals individually and as a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service.
- Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
- Meet, exceed, and consistently track daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals individually.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
- Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
- Learn to manage day-to-day salon operations and support team development through leadership training.
