About The Position
Wendy's is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead the restaurant and create a welcoming environment for customers and team members. The role oversees daily operations, supports quality and service standards, manages budgets and profitability, and contributes to the restaurant’s success. The Assistant Manager recruits, trains, and develops crew members, handles customer feedback, and builds relationships with the local community through marketing efforts.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, P&L statements, and cost control.
- Ability to think quickly and handle challenging situations effectively.
- Positive, energetic attitude and readiness to take on challenges.
