About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly, part-time Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a shift and help manage a store. The Assistant Manager is the second in command of the business and may grow into a store manager role. Prior management or pizza-making experience is not required; training is provided. The position may require helping at other locations near the selected store. The Assistant Manager is accountable for what happens during the shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The role includes ensuring team safety, training, and culture, leading by example, and following all company policies and procedures while expecting the same of the crew.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Great, positive attitude.
- High energy.
- Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience managing people.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use Outlook or email services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the shift.
- Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits during the shift.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and expect the crew to follow company policies and procedures.
- Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
- Help at other locations near the chosen location when asked.
