About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly, part-time Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a shift at a store. The Assistant Manager is the second in command of the business and is accountable for the people, operations, sales, and profits during the shift. Responsibilities include ensuring team safety, training, and culture, leading by example, and following and enforcing all company policies and procedures. Previous management or pizza-making experience is not required; training is provided. The role may require helping at other nearby locations.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to use Outlook or email services.
- Pass a background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Reside near the store location.
- Able to work four days per week, including some weekends.
- Ability to work a day or night shift; day shifts begin at 9 a.m. and end between 4–7 p.m., while night shifts begin between 3–7 p.m. and end about an hour after closing, around 1 a.m.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the assigned shift.
- Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits during the shift.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and expect the crew to follow company policies and procedures.
- Follow all policies and procedures and ensure the crew does the same.
- Help at other nearby locations when asked.
