About The Position
East TN Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly, part-time Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager serves as second in command of a store and oversees all aspects of a shift, with accountability for people, operations, sales, and profits. The role includes ensuring team safety, training, and culture, and leading by example while following company policies and procedures and expecting the same of the crew. Applicants without prior people-management or pizza-making experience can be trained. The role may require helping at other locations near the chosen location. It offers opportunities for advancement from assistant manager to general manager and potentially franchisee or Manager Corporate Operations.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience managing people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use Outlook or email services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Currently residing near the store location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the assigned shift.
- Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits during the shift.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and follow all policies and procedures, ensuring the crew does the same.
- Help at other locations near the chosen location when asked.
