About The Position

Roanoke Valley Pizza, Inc., doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly Assistant Manager to help oversee a shift and develop toward future management opportunities. The Assistant Manager is second in command of a million-dollar business and is accountable for everything that happens during the shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. Responsibilities include supporting team safety, training, and culture and leading by example while following company policies and procedures. Prior management or pizza-making experience is not required; training is provided. The role may involve helping at nearby locations. It is a part-time position scheduled four days per week, including some weekends. Employees may choose day or night shifts: day shifts begin at 9 a.m. and end between 4 and 7 p.m.; night shifts begin between 3 and 7 p.m. and end about an hour after closing, around 1 a.m.

Requirements

Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Pass a background check.
Be eligible to work in the USA.
Reside near the store location.
