About The Position
East TN Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly, part-time Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a shift and help lead a store team. The Assistant Manager is the second in command of the business and is accountable for the people, operations, sales, and profits within their shift. The role includes ensuring team safety, training, and culture; following all company policies and procedures; and setting an example for the crew. Training is provided for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The position involves 2–4 shifts per week, including some weekends. Shifts are selected by the employee, and the employee may be asked to help at other nearby locations. The company describes opportunities for advancement from Assistant Manager to General Manager and beyond.
Requirements
- Great positive attitude.
- High energy.
- Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience managing people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use Outlook or email services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
