About The Position

Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a shift and help lead a store team. The Assistant Manager is second in command of a million-dollar business, accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits during their shift. Responsibilities include ensuring team safety, training, and culture, leading by example, and following all company policies and procedures while holding the crew to the same standards. Previous management or pizza-making experience is not required; training is provided.

This is a part-time position scheduled four days per week, including some weekends. Employees may choose day or night shifts. Day shifts begin at 9 a.m. and end between 4 and 7 p.m. Night shifts begin between 3 and 7 p.m. and end about an hour after closing, around 1 a.m. The employee may be asked to help at other nearby locations.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to use Outlook or other email services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Must reside near the store location.
• Ability to use judgment, demonstrate leadership, handle math, and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the assigned shift.
• Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits during the shift.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
• Lead by example and expect the crew to follow company policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Help at other locations near the chosen location when asked.
