About The Position

Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a shift and serve as the second in command of a store. The role is accountable for the people, operations, sales, and profits within the shift, including team safety, training, and culture. Prior management and pizza-making experience are not required; training is provided. The position involves 2–4 shifts per week, including some weekends, and may require helping at other locations near the chosen location. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to use Outlook or email services.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a good background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Must reside near the store location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the assigned shift.
• Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits during the shift.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
• Lead by example and expect the crew to follow all policies and procedures.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and expect the same from the crew.
• Help at other locations near the chosen location when asked.
