About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help oversee all aspects of a store and serve as the second in command of a million-dollar business. This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. The role offers training for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas, and candidates may be asked to help at other locations near their chosen location. The Assistant Manager is accountable for everything that happens within the store, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The role involves ensuring team safety, training, and culture, and leading by example while following all company policies and procedures and expecting the same from the team. The schedule is five or more days per week, including most weekends.
Requirements
- Great, positive attitude.
- High energy.
- Prior experience with Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the store.
- Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits within the store.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and ensure the team follows company policies and procedures.
- Follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from the crew.
- Help at other locations near the chosen location when asked.
