About The Position

The Assistant Store Manager assists the General Manager with day-to-day operations. The company is a small franchise with 10–15 employees and seeks a self-motivated, organized, hardworking person who wants to grow with the company. Team-building skills are important. The role includes delivering and creating outstanding products and may involve making customer deliveries.

Requirements

Reliable transportation.
Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills.
Basic computer skills; Word and Excel are preferred.
Basic math and bookkeeping skills.
Ability to work 35–50 hours per week.
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
At least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record meeting company standards.
At least 2 years of driving experience.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets Store and Corporate Safety Standards and has approved insurance covering delivery drivers.
Provide a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) from the DMV.
Vehicle must have a positive image.
Must be able to perform the listed physical tasks, including standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, squatting, climbing, balancing, and repetitive hand use.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures, including oven, cooler, and outdoor conditions, and work with chemical cleaners.
