About The Position

Dandy is seeking an Assistant Manager to provide leadership and positivity for TEAM Members, support the Store Manager, and help deliver excellent customer service throughout the guest experience. The role supports store operations and is expected to cover any or all Store Manager responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent in education or experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook and internet applications.
• Demonstrated ability to assume managerial responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must complete a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and background check to be considered for employment.
• Able to stand for extended periods, bend and reach, frequently lift 10–20 pounds, and occasionally lift 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience in the retail industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership and positivity for TEAM Members.
• Help provide excellent customer service to guests across all areas of their Dandy experience.
• Communicate with the Store Manager about store operations, staff performance, scheduling, training, and other important functions.
• Cover any or all Store Manager responsibilities when the Store Manager is absent.
