About The Position

Palm Beach Tan is seeking an outgoing, helpful, and passionate Assistant Manager to represent the brand and support customers in a positive, team-focused salon environment. The company offers sunbed tanning, sunless tanning, wellness services, and premium skincare. The role combines customer service and sales responsibilities with salon operations and leadership development. The Assistant Manager will receive training in customer service, sales, goal setting, business operations, and leadership, with the opportunity to learn to manage daily salon operations and develop the team for future growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer experience.
• One or more years of management and leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals individually and as a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, upbeat, positive customer service.
• Consult with and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services.
• Meet, exceed, and consistently track individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
• Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities.
• Learn to manage day-to-day salon operations and support team development through leadership training.
