About The Position

As an Assistant Manager, you are part of the store leadership team and help drive profitability through genuine customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement. You provide immediate feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance, and collaborate with the leadership team to adapt strategies for business success and provide operational support as needed. You support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager, own a designated division of responsibility, and help ensure the team exceeds goals while delivering best-in-class customer service.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passion for supporting the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy when executing tasks.
• Use problem-solving skills to champion new ideas and navigate uncertainty.
• Scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilos).

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Director and Associate Store Manager in driving business results and maximizing profitability.
• Own a designated division of responsibility, such as Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, or Service & Selling.
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and development efforts as needed.
• Partner with the Store Director and Associate Store Manager to curate a collaborative working environment for associates.
• Keep the team on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Lead fit sessions to improve associates’ product knowledge and customer connections.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Work in a variety of sales-floor roles as needed.
• Provide feedback and coaching to the sales team to maximize performance.
