About The Position

Assistant Managers serve and support the General Manager by executing the GM’s initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching the team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. The role is intended for a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedback from the GM and Region Leader. Team members are expected to anticipate guests’ needs, serve them enthusiastically, and do what it takes to make their day.

Requirements

Work at least two weekend shifts and two night shifts per week, unless time off is requested in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
Have flexible availability; the role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Be able to perform physical activities related to the job, including deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30–40 lbs, and minor game repairs.
