About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista to provide friendly, high-energy service in a fast-paced coffee shop. Broistas connect with customers, help them navigate the menu, prepare quality drinks efficiently, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented experience. The role is physically demanding and involves standing and moving quickly during busy periods, working outdoors in varied weather, and handling a steady flow of customers for shifts of up to 10 hours. Training, certifications, and knowledge tests are provided to help employees meet Dutch Bros standards. The listed compensation is $10.00 per hour base pay plus average tips of $5.65 per hour; tip averages are not guaranteed and may vary.
