About The Position

The Shift Leader role provides experience in multiple Front and Back of House positions, preparing employees to fill roles as needed. After training, employees are placed in a role that best suits their skills and the restaurant’s needs. Front of House positions include Cashier/Runner, Drive-Thru, and Expeditor (Expo). Back of House positions include Cook, SSW (Service Side Worker), Prep, and QB. The role offers a path to growth in the fast-casual restaurant industry within a supportive, team-oriented environment. The position is located in Concord, North Carolina. The posting advertises a $500 sign-on bonus and pay of up to $18.00 per hour. Scholarships are available. Responsibilities

Gain experience in multiple Front and Back of House positions.
Fill restaurant roles as needed, including cashier/runner, drive-thru, expeditor, cook, service side worker, prep, or QB.

Work in other areas of the restaurant as needed.
Provide a positive, guest-focused experience.
