About The Position

Dutch Bros Coffee is hiring a Broista in Concord, North Carolina. Broistas deliver friendly, high-energy customer service, prepare drinks efficiently, help customers navigate the menu, and maintain a clean workspace that meets food safety standards. The position is fast-paced and physically demanding, involving extended periods on your feet and shifts of up to 10 hours. Employees work closely with their crew, serve customers in varying weather conditions, and attend scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings. Dutch Bros provides training, certifications, and knowledge tests to help employees meet its standards. Compensation is $10.00 per hour in base pay plus average tips of $5.65 per hour; actual tips may vary and are not guaranteed.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and handle a steady flow of customers.
• Ability to remain on your feet and move quickly during shifts of up to 10 hours.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, or carry up to 65 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to scheduled shifts and mandatory meetings.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including rain or shine.
