About The Position

Assistant Managers in Training serve and support their General Manager by executing the GM’s initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching team members to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. The role is intended for a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedback from the GM and Region Leader. TEG team members are described as hospitality experts who anticipate and serve each guest’s needs and do what it takes to make their day.

Requirements

Work at least two weekend shifts and two night shifts per week, unless time off is requested in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.
Have flexible availability; the role often involves nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
Be able to perform job-related physical activities, including deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30–40 lbs, and minor game repairs.

Maintain a consistently fantastic attitude.
Manage cash systems.
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
