About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the department manager in driving sales, productivity, customer experience, merchandising, and inventory results. The role leads by example on the selling floor, develops and motivates the sales team, and helps build lasting customer relationships through active selling. The position is based at West Farm Shopping Center Rack. The pay range is $21.25–$27.00 per hour, with offers depending on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may also be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.

Requirements

A track record of successful results, such as strong productivity or personal trade.
Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experience developing and maintaining productive relationships with department and store managers, divisional retail merchandisers, and other leaders.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities
