About The Position

This is a full-time, hands-on entry-level management position with a path to becoming a General Manager and potentially a franchise owner. Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, cash control, and customer relations. They set the tone and example for the store and are expected to stay engaged throughout the shift. The role includes delivering as part of training. Candidates should be available during the store’s operating hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–1:00 AM, and Friday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–2:00 AM. Requirements

• Experience leading a team; shift staff may range from 3 to 30 people.
• A can-do attitude and motivational skills to help staff perform effectively and create a great place to work.
• A valid Florida driver’s license.
• A reliable, insured vehicle.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Availability during all store operating hours.

• Fast food or restaurant management experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
