About The Position
Happy People Pizza, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is seeking an Assistant Manager with ambition to advance into a leadership role. The company offers paid training and opportunities for career growth across its 56 stores. No pizza experience is required. The role includes serving the community through fundraising, providing food to people in need, and supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have one year of management experience, and be available to open or close. Driving requirements apply to employees operating a vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- One year of management experience is required.
- Must be available to open or close.
- No pizza experience is required; training is provided.
- For business driving, an 18-year-old must have at least two years of documented driving history immediately preceding the motor vehicle record evaluation; a 19-year-old must have at least one year. A learner’s permit period may count if documented by a government authority, and an officially stated license is required.
- For business driving, must have no more than two driving-related violations in the preceding two years, no more than three in the preceding three years, and no more than one at-fault accident in the preceding three years.
- For business driving, disqualifying violations include leaving the scene of an accident, hit and run, reckless driving, drug- or alcohol-related driving violations, vehicular homicide or assault, unlawful racing or exhibition driving, and eluding or attempting to elude an officer.
Responsibilities
- Help lead the store and contribute to its success.
- Be available to open or close the store.
- Raise funds for local charitable donations, feed people in need, and support St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
- Meet the stated driving-history and driving-record standards when operating a vehicle for business purposes, including making deliveries.
