About The Position
The Delivery Driver works for Domino’s Pizza and is expected to meet the company’s minimum performance standards. Drivers must deliver orders safely and accurately, maintain a neat and clean vehicle that presents a positive image, carry $1 in coin change on every delivery, and say “Let me get your change” on every order. Drivers must not be routed or checked in early from a delivery, carry more than $20 while on the clock (including personal money), or carry a pocket knife or any weapon while working. Every driver must complete the Safe Delivery CBT. The broader store standards also require courteous, helpful customer service; adherence to product procedures and food-safety practices; and repeating each order to confirm its accuracy, name, and address.

Responsibilities
- Provide polite and courteous assistance to phone and carryout customers, and be helpful and knowledgeable about the menu.
- Demonstrate the customer WOW steps: apologize, give customers what they want, and give them something extra.
- Keep the delivery vehicle neat and clean and maintain a positive image while working.
- Carry $1 in coin change on every delivery and say “Let me get your change” on every order.
- Do not route or check in early from deliveries.
- Repeat every order to confirm accuracy and confirm the customer’s name and address.
- Follow proper product procedures and hand-washing requirements when making products.
- Pizza makers must count pepperoni and ham on every order, regardless of the amount of toppings ordered, and must not clear pizzas before they are ready to be placed in the oven.
- Do not carry more than $20, including personal money, while on the clock, and do not carry a pocket knife or weapon while working.
- Complete the Safe Delivery CBT.
