About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations, including hiring, supervising and working with staff to accomplish daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The role helps maintain high standards and provide customers with fast, friendly service, while ensuring regular and predictable onsite attendance.

The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, cares about customers, and sets an example for staff by demonstrating urgency, patience, and leadership. The position offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive paid training, and opportunities for career advancement.
