About The Position

The Assistant Manager leads EVEREVE guidelines, upholds the company’s mission and culture, and helps ensure consistency across the brand. Working in partnership with the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager helps deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience to every customer, ensuring that all customers are seen and connected with. The role combines team leadership, customer styling, sales performance, store operations, inventory and fulfillment, and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the company’s core HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a team aligned with the HEART culture and HEART Styling Experience.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
• Lead by example and follow standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Assist the Store Manager with coaching, teaching, and developing employees in the behaviors that support success in their roles.
• Support operational excellence through daily store operations, inventory and fulfillment management, and merchandising and visual standards.
• Drive results through personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, customer outreach, and support of payroll management.
• Maintain sales expectations based on store goals.
• Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
