About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Southport Corridor location in Chicago, Illinois. The Assistant Manager leads according to EVEREVE guidelines, upholds the company’s mission and culture, and partners with the Store Manager to deliver a consistent EVEREVE Styling Experience. The role focuses on ensuring every customer is seen and connected with, while creating a collaborative, welcoming team environment grounded in HEART: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

The Assistant Manager supports recruiting, employee coaching and development, daily store operations, inventory and fulfillment, merchandising and visual standards, sales performance, customer outreach, Trendsend styling, and payroll management. The role maintains a strong floor presence, leads by example, and is accountable for a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group. The listed salary is $64,298 per year, with monthly bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through EVEREVE’s core HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team aligned with the company’s culture and HEART Styling Experience.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example by following company and Store Manager standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees.
• Support daily store operations, inventory management, customer order fulfillment, and merchandising and store visual standards.
• Drive results through personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, and customer outreach.
• Support payroll management and maintain sales expectations based on store goals.
• Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
• Help ensure all customers are seen and connected with.
