About The Position

Via 313 is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support restaurant operations, develop team members, and deliver strong guest experiences. Working alongside the restaurant leadership team, the Assistant Manager leads by example on the floor, supports the team during every shift, and helps uphold the company’s promise of “Every Guest. Every Pizza. Every Experience.” The role contributes to restaurant performance and offers opportunities for career growth and advancement into future restaurant leadership roles.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering great guest experiences.
• Reliable, adaptable, and ready to lead from the floor.
• Demonstrates honesty, trustworthiness, accountability, teamwork, a growth-oriented outlook, professionalism, good judgment, and a hospitable, solutions-focused approach.

Nice To Haves

• 2–3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members.
• Provide real-time feedback and reinforce performance expectations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns.
• Help drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
• Maintain standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and administrative responsibilities.
• Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed consistently.
• Partner with restaurant leadership to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Demonstrate Via 313’s values and serve as a culture leader.
• Support the team wherever needed, including hands-on work on the floor.
