About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role supports hiring, supervising, and working with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising while maintaining high standards and providing fast, friendly customer service. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

The Assistant Manager also executes the food program, demonstrates care for customers, and sets an example for staff through urgency, patience, and leadership. The position offers flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.
