About The Position

The Assistant Manager assists the Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations. The role helps hire, supervise, and work with staff to complete daily tasks, bookkeeping, and merchandising. The Assistant Manager helps maintain high standards and provide fast, friendly customer service, while setting a positive example for staff through urgency, patience, and leadership. The position also includes executing the food program and providing regular, predictable onsite attendance.

• Push and pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects by hand; this may require eye-hand coordination and climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
