About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the customer experience and helps shape a strong store culture for associates. As a store leader, this role nurtures relationships with customers and associates, cultivates a customer-focused environment, and models the brand’s behaviors on the sales floor. The Assistant Manager inspires, educates, and coaches associates to create genuine customer connections and helps ensure the store is inclusive and welcoming. The role also supports seamless omnichannel shopping, talent development, operational excellence, and financial discipline.

Requirements

Bring a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
Have strong business acumen and the ability to implement action plans to drive results.
Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail management experience (preferred).
