About The Position

The Client Associate maintains the in-store sales and service experience and promotes a sales-focused culture to help achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals. The role involves providing efficient, approachable service, developing relationships with clients and encouraging repeat business, maintaining knowledge of seasonal apparel, and supporting store events and marketing initiatives. The associate also contributes to a welcoming, productive team environment and keeps the store and stock areas clean and organized.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a client services-related capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions independently or escalate issues when applicable.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide approachable, efficient sales and service on the floor to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional service.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop and retain repeat clients to drive individual sales goals.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of each season's apparel, including fit, fabric, and intended use.
• Participate in in-store events, marketing initiatives, and CRM activity to drive and reward repeat business.
• Follow client service standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Foster a friendly, open, and inviting environment for all in-store guests.
• Promote a work environment focused on teamwork and productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including front-of-house and stock areas.
