About The Position

The Assistant Beauty Manager uses directive selling to meet or exceed sales goals and provides an exceptional customer experience. The role builds customer relationships and personal trade, and assists the Department Manager in achieving department volume and productivity goals by developing and executing a business plan. The Assistant Beauty Manager coaches salespeople to achieve their goals and deliver outstanding customer service, serves as a fashion role model and product knowledge expert, and helps maintain merchandising, presentation, and inventory management standards. The position offers a stated annual pay range of $37,500 to $60,000. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.

Requirements

Demonstrated track record of successful results, such as strong productivity and personal trade.
Use directive selling techniques to set and achieve sales goals.
Ability to use key metrics, such as hot sellers and top vendors, to identify opportunities and drive volume.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
