Assistant Manager
About The Position
Goat Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support restaurant operations, lead teams, and help ensure an outstanding guest experience. The role supports the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and includes developing shift managers and team members, maintaining food quality and customer service, assisting with financial responsibilities, and upholding a clean, safe, welcoming, and compliant restaurant environment. The position offers an estimated salary of $15.00–$18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience in a restaurant or fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and team-building skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in daily operations.
- Lead and develop shift managers and team members.
- Ensure outstanding food quality and customer service.
- Assist with financial responsibilities, including inventory and cost control.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
